What is Covered
This warranty covers any malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship.

How long does coverage last?
The model SP09 Sonic Palette has a 90-day money back guarantee for which the instrument can be returned for any reason. After that, we will repair or replace the instrument at our option, for the life of the instrument.

What Will Christensen Controllers Do?
Christensen Controllers will replace any defective or malfunctioning part or instrument at no charge. If repaired, all parts and labor are covered.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
The warranty does not cover instruments that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or accident such as:
• Use of incorrect battery voltage;
• Negligent or willful damage;
• Improper or unauthorized repair or modification; or
• Fire, flood, or other contingencies beyond the control of Christensen Controller’s. However, we know accidents happen so e-mail us about damage because we want you to continue playing your instrument.
